Join our growing MGA client as the Vice President of Commercial Transportation and lead the strategy for one of the most dynamic sectors in insurance.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive underwriting strategy, new business production, and product development.

• Expand the transportation portfolio with new carrier contracts, programs, and class codes.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing underwriting team.

• Manage budgets, analyze metrics, perform audits, and identify growth opportunities.

• Build strong agency relationships through regular travel and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of Commercial Transportation underwriting experience.

• MGA experience required; E&S license (or willingness to obtain).

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
