Join our forward-thinking insurance organization client revolutionizing how home, flood, and commercial package products are priced and delivered as a Territory Sales Manager! 




What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to agents by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Manage and expand the agent base in assigned territories (North Carolina and South Carolina).

  • Build strong relationships through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and outbound calls.

  • Provide guidance on products and services, and assist with agent training and education webinars.

  • Strategize with agents to maximize potential and increase customer base.

  • Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to shape sales strategies.

  • Track agent activity and performance using HubSpot CRM.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and overcome objections.

  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Requirements: 7+ years of account management or sales experience (MGA, carrier, or agency preferred).

  • Existing agency relationships in assigned territories.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).

  • Reliable high-speed internet and a designated home workspace.
