What You’ll Do:
Act as a trusted advisor to agents by understanding their business needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Manage and expand the agent base in assigned territories (North Carolina and South Carolina).
Build strong relationships through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and outbound calls.
Provide guidance on products and services, and assist with agent training and education webinars.
Strategize with agents to maximize potential and increase customer base.
Represent the brand at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to shape sales strategies.
Track agent activity and performance using HubSpot CRM.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and overcome objections.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 7+ years of account management or sales experience (MGA, carrier, or agency preferred).
Existing agency relationships in assigned territories.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
Reliable high-speed internet and a designated home workspace.
