Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of Insurance Business Development experience.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with independent insurance agents.

  • Conduct 12–16 in-person or virtual visits weekly.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Territory includes St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
