What You’ll Do:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, and distributors serving High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.

  • Oversee and execute strategic plans to grow PCS distribution partnerships and deliver tailored insurance solutions that protect luxury lifestyles and assets.

  • Provide strategic insights on underwriting strategy, large account targets, and industry trends to maximize distribution value.

  • Collaborate with underwriting and clients to create bespoke solutions for complex HNW needs.

  • Utilize Salesforce and pipeline reporting to monitor performance, manage growth objectives, and ensure accountability.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in personal insurance, with at least 2 years focused on HNW client distribution.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.

  • Strong understanding of HNW client needs and luxury asset protection.

  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with keen business acumen and ability to analyze complex issues and deliver actionable solutions.

  • Highly collaborative mindset aligned with a culture of trust, expertise, and innovation.
