Known for its disciplined underwriting and customer-first mindset, the company specializes in workers’ compensation, commercial, and personal lines, delivering reliable coverage and long-term stability.



What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with agency partners across the Northern California territory.

  • Drive new business production by actively engaging agencies and increasing submission flow.

  • Execute a disciplined sales strategy using tools, metrics, and performance tracking.

  • Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and distribution leadership to align on strategy and territory development.

  • Analyze agency performance, market trends, and competitor activity to guide decision-making.

  • Educate agency partners on underwriting appetite, guidelines, and product offerings.

  • Travel regularly within the territory to strengthen relationships and support business development efforts.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of territory management and/or field underwriting experience.

  • Proven ability to build agency partnerships and drive profitable growth.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products (Workers’ Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, Umbrella).

  • Solid understanding of the Northern California market and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance and market data.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (car and air).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
