Regional Underwriting Manager

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of staff management experience.

• Minimum 5 years of High-Net-Worth Personal Insurance experience, with advanced knowledge of personal insurance products, forms, regulatory environment, and risks.

• E&S license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).

• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and develop underwriting teams.

• Expertise in underwriting strategies, risk selection, and profitability management.

• Ability to forecast, budget, and execute strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, underwriting systems, and familiarity with actuarial data and modeling techniques.
