Regional Product Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Lead underwriting excellence and ensure adherence to risk appetite and guidelines.

• Develop pricing strategies, rate plans, and manage catastrophe exposure.

• Drive portfolio management, profitability, and growth initiatives.

• Monitor emerging risks, introduce new coverages, and recommend new markets.

• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and support audits.

• Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, IT, and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Personal Insurance product management.

• Bachelor’s in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Finance (advanced degree preferred).

• Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel, SQL, R experience.

• Proven project management and pricing model development success.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Action-oriented leader with sound business judgment.
