What You'll Do:

  • Analyze homeowners insurance product performance, including profitability, retention, loss trends, and new business results.

  • Support product development and enhancement initiatives through data-driven analysis and market insights.

  • Extract, validate, and interpret large datasets to support pricing, underwriting, reserving, and reinsurance decisions.

  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Conduct competitive and market research to support product strategy and business growth.

  • Assist with documenting business requirements, product changes, and regulatory updates.

  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to product leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.



What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in insurance, underwriting, product management, or a related analytical role.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

  • Experience with homeowners or personal lines insurance products preferred.

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets; SQL or similar data tools are a plus.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
