Title: VP, Personal Lines Manager

Location: Southeast U.S.; remote with monthly office visits

Team: 6 Underwriters + 1 AVP (lead); no direct UA management but oversees workflow

Business Line: Personal Property (homes, high-value jewelry, art, etc.) — NOT auto

Key Skills: Technical proficiency (understand rating tools and impact on fees/profit)
Strategic thinking + eye for detail
Ability to manage workflow and improve efficiencies

Responsibilities: Oversee underwriting team and ensure proper workflow
Adjust rating tools and contracts accurately
Monitor profitability and compliance
Drive process improvements and efficiency

Other Notes: Must be hands-on, not just strategic
Comfortable with tech and automation trends
