Join our established, leading insurance network client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager!


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients.

  • Manage and retain an existing book of business.

  • Requote and remarket clients for all personal lines products as needed or requested.

  • Cross-sell additional lines of insurance suited for clients.

  • Generate referrals from satisfied clients.

  • Resolve client inquiries and concerns.

  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations.

  • Follow up as necessary to ensure work is completed.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.

  • Work as a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in insurance and customer service; 2 years of P&C insurance experience required.

  • Active Florida 440, 2044, or 220 license required.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly self-motivated.

  • Well-developed computer skills (internet, email, keyboarding).

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients, and the public.

  • Knowledge of EZLynx or Quote Rush quoting systems is a plus.
