Join one of the largest High-Net-Worth MGUs in the market as an Insurance Producer – Strategic Relationship Manager!
What You'll Do:
Drive Business Growth: Prospect, network, and develop new accounts in the high-net-worth (HNW) market to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Manage Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW clients, brokers, and referral sources, acting as a trusted advisor.
Deliver Premium Advisory Experience: Provide consultative guidance on risk, coverage options, and digital tools.
Collaborate & Represent: Partner with brokers and internal teams, participate in industry events, and expand market presence.
Pipeline & Compliance Management: Track performance metrics, manage CRM tools, and ensure compliance with licensing and documentation standards.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years in personal lines insurance, preferably with HNW clients; proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving growth.
Active Property/Casualty License.
Advanced consultative selling and negotiation.
Strong relationship-building and client experience delivery.
Deep knowledge of affluent client needs and complex asset protection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, digital quoting tools, and virtual platforms.Ideally near an office for occasional on-site collaboration; remote/hybrid options available.
