What You'll Do:

  • Drive Business Growth: Prospect, network, and develop new accounts in the high-net-worth (HNW) market to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Manage Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNW clients, brokers, and referral sources, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Deliver Premium Advisory Experience: Provide consultative guidance on risk, coverage options, and digital tools.

  • Collaborate & Represent: Partner with brokers and internal teams, participate in industry events, and expand market presence.

  • Pipeline & Compliance Management: Track performance metrics, manage CRM tools, and ensure compliance with licensing and documentation standards.



What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years in personal lines insurance, preferably with HNW clients; proven track record of meeting sales quotas and driving growth.

  • Active Property/Casualty License.

  • Advanced consultative selling and negotiation.
    Strong relationship-building and client experience delivery.
    Deep knowledge of affluent client needs and complex asset protection.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Proficiency with CRM systems, digital quoting tools, and virtual platforms.

  • Ideally near an office for occasional on-site collaboration; remote/hybrid options available.
