Join our expanding P&C Insurance Carrier client whom is seeking Home Services Specialists!
What You’ll Do:
Review and analyze property inspection reports and repair documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Verify completed repairs and ensure they meet underwriting requirements.
Support underwriting decisions by validating inspection data against risk models and policy guidelines.
Certify policies once all repair and inspection requirements are satisfied.
Remove non-renewal flags and complete underwriting follow-up actions.
Coordinate with underwriters, agencies, vendors, and internal teams on inspection and repair status.
Communicate clearly with policyholders and stakeholders regarding additional requirements or updates.
Manage inspection and repair workflows across multiple systems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to inspections, repairs, or policy status.
Submit and track reimbursement requests; resolve payment discrepancies as needed.
Generate and maintain reports related to inspections, performance, and workflow tracking.
Handle multiple administrative and operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Provide ongoing operational support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, inspections, or related field.
Active 20-44 Resident Personal Lines Agent License (or ability to obtain) required.
Construction experience, contractor certification, or related knowledge highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and validate inspection and repair data.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows across systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Problem-solving mindset with ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Familiarity with underwriting processes and insurance operations is a plus.
