Database Developer

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, SSIS, SSRS, and ETL processes.

• Design database solutions, optimize performance, and support reporting and business needs.

• Improve data processes and collaborate with IT teams on technology solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• 2+ years of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and Microsoft BI experience.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, data architecture, and Agile development.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
