Commercial Lines Account Manager

Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida 2-20 license – must have.

• 2+ years of commercial lines experience.

• Expertise in: Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ACORD forms, billing, audits, renewals, and remarketing.

• Proficient in agency management systems – EzLynx preferred

• Strong ability to cross-sell and multi-line single policies

• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills

• In-office position – Tampa, FL

This full-time role involves managing a commercial book of business, collaborating closely with producers and the commercial lines team to ensure accurate, efficient policy servicing and retention.
