What You’ll Do:

• Test & Validate Systems: Plan, execute, and document testing for policy, claims, and billing platforms; perform UAT for enhancements and regulatory updates.

• Develop Test Documentation: Create test cases, scripts, and reports aligned with business and compliance requirements.

• Identify & Resolve Issues: Track system defects and data issues; coordinate fixes with IT, vendors, and business teams.

• Ensure Data Integrity: Validate outputs and data accuracy after releases or updates.

• Support Implementations: Assist with new tools, system upgrades, and integrations.

• Analyze & Report Data: Design and maintain reports; extract and analyze data to support operations and decision-making.

• Collaborate on Reporting Needs: Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable analytics.

• Maintain Compliance: Provide support for regulatory filings, audits, and data validation; stay informed on Florida OIR requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years in insurance operations, data analysis, or system testing.

• Experience with insurance core systems (policy, claims, billing).

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Florida homeowners insurance.

• Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, or ETL processes.

• Knowledge of UAT, QA, and system implementation practices.

• Exposure to regulatory reporting and compliance support.

• Experience with third-party vendors and system providers.

• Hands-on Power BI experience (data modeling and dashboards).
