Join a Growing and Dynamic P&C MGA committed to excellence as a South Florida Agency Development Manager – South Florida Territory supporting the Tri-County area, with a preference for candidates based in the Miami area!



What You'll Do:

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of agency partners by building strong, long-term relationships.

  • Drive premium growth by developing new agencies and expanding existing partnerships.

  • Educate agency partners through product, system, and underwriting training.

  • Serve as the primary resource for agency support, account management, and strategic guidance.

  • Monitor agency performance and identify opportunities to improve production and profitability.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to enhance agency engagement and market competitiveness.

  • Track agency activity and performance using Salesforce CRM.

  • Represent the company at agency visits, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

  • Travel regularly throughout your territory to support agency partners and achieve business objectives.



What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience (5+ years preferred).

  • Background in agency development, territory management, business development, field sales, or account management.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience delivering training and supporting independent insurance agencies.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

  • Active Property & Casualty (2-20) license preferred.

  • Personal Lines Excess & Surplus (E&S) experience and bilingual Spanish proficiency are a plus.
