Agency Development Manager – Northeast Territory

What You'll Do:

• Build and strengthen relationships with agency partners to drive premium growth and long-term success.

• Prospect and develop new agency partnerships within your assigned territory.

• Train and support agencies on products, underwriting guidelines, and company systems.

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance and account management support.

• Monitor agency performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend solutions.

• Partner with Product Management and Marketing to improve offerings and agency engagement.

• Maintain accurate agency activity in Salesforce and other CRM tools.

• Represent the company at agency visits, industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

• Travel regularly throughout your territory to meet with agency partners and achieve growth goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience (5+ years preferred).

• Experience in agency development, business development, territory management, field sales, account management, or marketing within the insurance industry.

• Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable conducting in-person and virtual training sessions for agency partners.

• Self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight travel, within the assigned territory.

• Active Property & Casualty (2-20) license preferred.

• Personal Lines Excess & Surplus (E&S) experience and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
