Product Manager – P&C Insurance

What You'll Do:

• Support the development, enhancement, and management of Property & Casualty insurance products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives from concept through implementation.

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and maintaining policy forms and product documentation.

• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and actionable solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experience.

• Monitor product performance, market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.

• Support product launches and provide research-driven recommendations to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of Product Management experience within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.

• Knowledge of insurance product development, policy forms, and product lifecycle management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU are a plus.
