What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary relationship owner for expansion‑ready and multi‑account clients.
Build trust and loyalty through proactive communication, check‑ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Identify and mitigate churn risks early, resolving escalations with speed and professionalism.
Drive revenue growth by surfacing upsell, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities.
Lead strategic conversations that tie services directly to client outcomes and ROI.
Maintain a consistent operating cadence including client health reporting, growth updates, and case study development.
Apply strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills to both day‑to‑day issues and complex client needs.
