What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for expansion‑ready and multi‑account clients.

  • Build trust and loyalty through proactive communication, check‑ins, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

  • Identify and mitigate churn risks early, resolving escalations with speed and professionalism.

  • Drive revenue growth by surfacing upsell, cross‑sell, and referral opportunities.

  • Lead strategic conversations that tie services directly to client outcomes and ROI.

  • Maintain a consistent operating cadence including client health reporting, growth updates, and case study development.

  • Apply strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills to both day‑to‑day issues and complex client needs.
